Product Information
All Gunugu products are crafted from high-quality silver or silver alloys as specified in product descriptions. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to handcrafted techniques. Product images are for illustration only and may differ from the final item.
Pricing
All prices are in the currency specified at checkout. Prices are fixed — no negotiations, discounts, bargaining, or price matching will be entertained. Prices may change without prior notice. Discounts, offers, and promotions are subject to brand discretion.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
Customized Orders
All customized pieces are handcrafted per the approved specification. The customer is responsible for reviewing all details — names, measurements, and designs — before approval. Full payment (100%) is required upfront; no processing begins without it. Production begins only after both full payment and design approval are received.
Design Approval & Modifications
Once a design is approved and production has begun, no changes, redesigns, or alterations will be accepted. Please check all names, measurements, and design elements carefully before confirming. Changes requested after design confirmation will incur additional charges.
Production Timeline
Customized orders take 25–60 days from the date of full payment and design approval. Timelines may extend due to kaarigar unavailability, festive seasons, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot promise or guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping and Delivery
Gunugu ships to available service regions as listed on our platform. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to external factors. Shipping delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Gunugu. Customized orders ship after manufacturing is complete.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. Customized and personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges are available only for products specifically marked as exchange eligible. Eligible items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging in compliance with our Exchange Policy. We do not accept exchanges for silver jewellery.
Order Cancellation
All products purchased are final sales. No cancellation requests will be accepted once an order is confirmed and full payment is received. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after design approval and production have started. No refund will be issued for cancelled custom orders.
Product Variations
Minor variations in finish, texture, polishing, engraving, or stone setting are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may not perfectly match the final item.
Product Condition & Delivery Claims
Please record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video upon receiving your order. Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items require this video as proof; claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Responsibility After Purchase
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details during the order process. Errors arising from incorrect information are not Gunugu's responsibility. After purchase or delivery, responsibility for care, handling, and maintenance rests with the customer. Gunugu is not liable for damage, breakage, loss, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Care Instructions – Gold-Plated Jewellery
Gold plating consists of a thin layer of gold that is not permanent and will naturally fade over time. Longevity depends on individual usage and exposure to moisture, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals. Gunugu is not responsible for plating fade, as this is a normal characteristic of gold-plated jewellery.
To extend the life of your plating:
– Avoid contact with moisturizers, perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, water, and hot water.
– Remove before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
– Store items separately; clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
Care Instructions – Silver Jewellery
Silver jewellery may naturally tarnish or lose polish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, or chemicals. To maintain appearance:
– Store pieces in airtight pouches.
– Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
– Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Warranty
Gunugu does not provide a warranty on its products, including silver or gold-plated items. All purchases are made at the customer's discretion and no guarantees are offered regarding durability, longevity, or product performance. Gold plating/finish is not guaranteed. Re-plating services are available at our stores at applicable service charges.
Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, images, and content associated with Gunugu are the intellectual property of the brand. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Gunugu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product in question.
Changes to Terms
Gunugu may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
